Belgian Waffles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. flour

DIRECTIONS:

Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside. Mix all the remaining ingredients in the order given. Fold in egg whites. Serves 6 people.
