BBQ Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 c. Raw sugar
- 12 c. Ketchup
- 2 c. Red wine vinegar
- 2 c. Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. Ground mustard
- 1/3 c. Paprika
- 1/3 c. Sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all together. Simmer 30-45 minutes. Thicken with clear jel if necessary. (about 1/4-1/2 c. and mix with water to make paste then add slowly to bbq sauce, stirring constantly and simmer till thick.) Put in hot jars and seal. (Hot water bath for about 20-30 minutes)
