Belgian Waffles
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. flour
DIRECTIONS:
Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside. Mix all the remaining ingredients in the order given. Fold in egg whites. Serves 6 people.
