Mocha Dessert

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pkg. brownie mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. instant coffee granules
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip, divide
  • 2 (3/4 oz.) pkg. instant cheesecake pudding
  • 20 Oreos, coarsely chopped (2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

Mix and bake brownies according to directions in a 9″x13″ pan. Combine milk and instant coffee; stir until granules are dissolved. Add 6 oz. of Cool Whip and pudding; whisk until smooth. Chop cookies and fold into pudding mixture. Spread mixture over cooled brownies. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Melt butter; whisk in chocolate chips until smooth. Let set just a bit before pouring over the top of Cool Whip.
