Pecan Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • colored sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and flour. Mix in nuts. Dough may be dry. Roll into 1″ balls and roll in colored sugar. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Yield: Approximately 3 dozen. Note: Roll in powdered sugar if desired.
