Raspberry Baked Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 c. coconut oil
  • 1 c. raw sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 c. raspberries or other desired fresh fruit

DIRECTIONS:

Put raspberries in bottom of 9×9 pan. Cover with oatmeal mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
