Campfire Breakfast
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 med. onion
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 lb. li’l Smokies
- 2 c. shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Heat iron skillet over campfire; saute onions, peppers and mushrooms in butter. Add Li’l Smokies and eggs. Cook until eggs are almost done, then add cheese. Cook for a few more minutes. Serve 4-6 people.
