Lemon Cream Cheese Bars
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly. Press in 9×13 pan. Save 3/4 cup to sprinkle on top. Mix rest of ingredients and pour on top of cake mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake 350° for 25 minutes. Very good!
