Noodles Romanoff
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz. uncooked wide egg noodles
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. snipped chives
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Cook noodles as directed on package. Mix sour cream, 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, chives, salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir butter into hot noodles. Stir in sour cream mixture. Arrange on warm platter, sprinkle with 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese. Yield: 8 servings. Note: Add mushrooms or meat if desired.
