Asparagus Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. cooked asparagus
- 1 c. cheese
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter; remove heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Slowly stir in milk and bring to a boil until thickened. Mix all ingredients together and bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.
