Enchilada Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 c. tomato juice
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together and cook for 30 minutes. May thicken with clear jel or cook till thicker. Pour into jars and process for 10 minutes. Multiply to desired quart amount
