Peanut Butter Eggs


  • 14 oz. creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla yogurt
  • 12-14 oz. chocolate chips or melting chocolate, dark, semisweet or milk


Mix peanut butter, cream cheese, butter and yogurt together. Slowly add powdered sugar. Shape into “eggs” and refrigerate till cold. Dip eggs in melted chocolate and place on wax paper to cool. Yield: 4-5 dozen.
